Flat or cone shaped copper piling caps are available in all sizes to order. Normal piling caps sizes include 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch and 12 inch in diameter or width. Deep well caps have 2” sides and shallow well caps have 1” sides. Any size in-between and up to 16”, is possible. These easy to install piling caps are an excellent, inexpensive way to protect costly pilings from internal rot. Each one is hand spun using 20 oz. copper, .034 thick, to insure that you're installing the finest cap available. Mounting is done by simply drilling holes and nailing with copper nails or using brass screws. If using a concrete piling they can be siliconed on. Add life to your wood pilings; finish your installation with a touch of class.
Piling or pile caps are specifically designed to extend the life of dock and mooring piles. Copper piling caps can be also used to protect fence caps, decking posts, wooden garden structures, or any other wood that is exposed to the weather. A beautiful hammered texture copper cap with antique finish can significantly enhance your decks appearence.
